Tangelo MTL

What is your business called and what does it do?

Tangelo MTL. We offer social media services to large and small businesses in and around the Montreal area.

What made you want to do this work?

We both worked individually in this field (Hannah has a marketing & real estate background and Dayna has a graphic design background), and we decided to join forces, fusing our different skill sets that complement each other and help elevate the work we do for clients.

What problem did you want to solve with the business?

We come in to help business owners show up on their social media. This is a time-consuming part of a business but we believe it is a vital aspect and allows for free marketing (unless you choosing to run online ads). We do the work for the business owners – market research, creating content, posting, commenting and engaging.

Who are your clientele/demographics?

We worked with a wide range of different businesses but we focus more on Real Estate, Health & Wellness, Beauty and Service Providers.

How does your business make money? How does it work?

Yes – we bill on a monthly basis based on the clients’ package with us. Everything is customized to fit the clients’ needs for SMM. We organize our info with different applications to help everything run smoothly.

Where in the city can we find your profession?

We are located on the West Island of Montreal

What is the best question a prospective customer could ask a member of your profession when comparing services? Give the answer as well.

How do we differ from other SMM?

We take pride in only accepting clients where we understand the industry and can share content that speaks to their target audience.

What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?

Best part is creating the content. Worst part is as business owners there is a lot of time spent on the backend to make sure everything is up to date.

What is your favourite joke about your own profession?

How we never post on our own page.

Where can we follow you?

Website | Instagram | Facebook | TikTok

What is another local business that you love?

So many! Erose arrangements, Taylored Granola, NYAS, Studio Inspo, Dizz bagels, Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux.
