Indie the dog is looking for a new home in the Montréal area

Indie is a 5-year-old Husky mix. She’s a big love bug who adores cuddles and being close to her people. She is house-trained, does not destroy anything in the home, and simply enjoys being around her family.

She does experience separation anxiety. She may cry when left alone, especially at first, so she will need a patient family that is fairly present. She also shows resource guarding. We are looking for a home without young children, cats, or other dogs.

Ideally, Indie needs a house or apartment with a yard and an active family who enjoys long walks. She weighs 42 kg and is severely obese, so veterinary follow-up and a true commitment to weight loss will be essential.

She is a loyal and affectionate dog who needs stability, structure, and lots of love.
