Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Piri Piri Seasoning
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Peri Peri Grilling Sauce

Directions:

  1. Using a small sharp knife, remove all silver skin from tenderloin. Trim tip and reserve for another use.
  2. In resealable plastic bag, combine Farm Boy™ Piri Piri Seasoning, lemon zest and juice, and Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  7. Remove tenderloin from grill and place on tray. Tent loosely with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Carry over temperature will increase to 160°F.
  8. Slice and serve.
