Tornado Potatoes

Serving Size: 4 Servings
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
  • Seasoning of choice
  • 4 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon bites
  • 2 Tbsp chives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Skewer and cut a spiral in the potatoes using a sharp knife.
  2. Drizzle with Mazola Canola Oil and sprinkle with your favourite seasoning.
  3. Place over the campfire or bbq and grill, turning over, until cooked through, around 30 minutes.
  4. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy right away!
