Tornado Potatoes
Serving Size: 4 Servings
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
- Seasoning of choice
- 4 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bites
- 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
Directions:
- Skewer and cut a spiral in the potatoes using a sharp knife.
- Drizzle with Mazola Canola Oil and sprinkle with your favourite seasoning.
- Place over the campfire or bbq and grill, turning over, until cooked through, around 30 minutes.
- Top with your desired toppings and enjoy right away!
