“A Day in the Life” with Montréal Visual Artist Kezna Dalz

From a young age, Kezna Dalz had a great interest in drawing, painting and the arts in general. She also showed empathy and sensitivity for all humanitarian causes and justice in general. She is a passionate person who likes to do things that are really important to her. Her passion for art and her thirst for peace in the world translate well into what she sends as a message in her projects. Her works are as authentic as the artist in front of the paintings produced.

Which neighbourhood are you in?

I am located in Mile End in Montréal. Perfect area for artists as it has art supply stores nearby, lots of cafes and restaurants for meetings and is close to the metro.

What do you do?

I am a visual artist. I paint and I do illustrations. I work with procreate and illustrator on my tablet and I also paint murals.

What are you currently working on?

So many things, most of them are secrets. But I am excited for a Mural-filled summer. I am doing Mural Festival this year and I am also working on an exhibition.

Where can we find your work?

On my website and also at Le Livart Gallery on Saint-Denis, in Montréal.
