What is your business called and what does it do?

Dupuis is an innovative Quebec-based brand specialising in premium hair care, specifically designed to treat hair loss, enhance hair density, and restore women’s confidence through effective, non-medical, natural solutions.

What made you want to do this work?

Having personally experienced hair issues that significantly affected my self-confidence, I was driven to search for effective solutions and create Dupuis to help other women regain their beauty and strength, enabling them to feel fully themselves again.

What problem did you want to solve with the business?

Female hair loss is rarely discussed openly and often misunderstood. With Dupuis, I wanted to offer a clear, compassionate, and above all, effective solution to all women suffering from these problems, helping them regain confidence and peace of mind.

Who are your clientele/demographics?

Our clientele primarily consists of women aged 25 to 60 facing issues such as thinning hair, lack of volume, or hair loss related to stress, genetics, postpartum, or pre-menopause.

How does your business make money?

How does it work? Dupuis generates revenue through the sale of specialised premium hair care products directly to customers via our online store, as well as through strategic partnerships with hair salons and distributors throughout Quebec.
