Favourite musician growing up:

The Beatles. It started with their pop songs. And I remember trying to download every song I could get on Kazaa & Napster and thinking: “How is it possible that every song is a hit?”. My music taste evolved with them as they started getting more experimental on later records.

Favourite musician now:

Radiohead. Probably my biggest influence. I love how they’re able to combine experimental electronic sounds with traditional instruments like guitar, piano, and voice. There’s always something special in every song whether it’s an emotion, an unusual rhythm structure, or unexpected arrangements.

Guilty pleasure song:

“Gonna Fly Now” (aka the Rocky theme song). For when you’re at the gym and need that extra push.

Live show ritual:

Try not to eat something too heavy beforehand and stay hydrated.
