Dogs have long been “man’s best friend”. The COVID-19 pandemic saw a surge in dog ownership in Montreal, but Montreal has long been home to our favourite canine friends. We recently discovered the McCord Stewart Museum archives and have been spending a lot of time browsing their incredible gallery of images.
