• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
• 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
• 150 g Farm Boy™ Mozzarella Ball (320 g) cut into 4 thick slices
• 1 container Farm Boy™ Fresh Bruschetta
• Fleur de Sel and black pepper to taste


1. Rub garlic flowers and olive oil over chicken and season with fleur de sel and pepper.

2. On BBQ, grill over medium high heat, turning, 6-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

3. Place cheese slices over chicken, turn off heat and close the lid for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

4. Remove chicken from grill and serve topped with bruschetta.
