• 1 bag (340g) Farm Boy™ Raw Jumbo Shrimp thawed and patted dry
• 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Cajun Spice (60 g)
• 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
• juice of half a lemon
• green onions thinly sliced
• lemon wedges for serving


1. In medium bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

2. In large frying pan, heat olive oil and add shrimp.

3. Cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

4. Add lemon juice, green onions and cilantro and toss.

5. Serve with lemon wedges.
