NÉHÉMIE fuses moving softness, velvety lightness and a touch of avant-garde and mystery in a unique style. Her sound is an amalgamation of RnB, Neo Soul, Jazz, and Trap Hip Hop, creating a secure haven for exploration, creativity, and healing. Growing up in a musical household, she translated her love for music into crafting captivating remixes of her favourite tracks on Instagram, quickly building a dedicated following. At just 23, Néhémie is making waves in the music industry, with her debut single ‘Over’ reaching 10,000+ views on YouTube. ‘Insane,’ released a few months later, received regional radio airplay and featured on Global News’ ‘It Was Captured.’ In 2022, ‘Pull Up’ garnered 20,000+ YouTube views. These achievements led to performances at venues like Club Soda and Le Ministère, as well as an appearance on Natyf TV’s ‘Keke’ show. With the backing of the Canadian Council of the Arts, Néhémie is set to release more music in 2024, continuing her journey to inspire and heal through her heartfelt lyrics and velvety tones.
