Five Minutes With: Montréal Singer-Songwriter Adonis Bosso

Born in the vibrant city of Abidjan, known affectionately as ‘BABI’, and raised in the eclectic energy of Montréal, the journey of Adonis Bosso is a blend of diverse cultures and talents. After years in the spotlight of the modelling industry, Bosso steps into the music world as a singer-songwriter with a voice full of authenticity and raw emotion. Since high school, he has been crafting soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics, drawing from a rich mix of influences like soul, classic and modern R&B, and the lively rhythms of his African roots.

Inspired by musical greats such as Sade, D’Angelo, Summer Walker, and Frank Ocean, Bosso’s sound transcends genres and deeply connects audiences. Central to his music is the theme of love in all its forms. Through his songs, he invites listeners to experience a wide range of emotions and find comfort in the universal language of love.
