Long stretch and deep breathing with the band! Holding hands and passing the breath around. Also I always need to eat gluten free spaghetti with olive oil and chili flakes.

I’m releasing the second single from my debut album on Halloween! It’s called Individualism 🙂 I’m playing a show the next day, on November 1st, to celebrate the release.

I love walking down Mont-Royal and Saint Laurent when they are blocked off—it always feels like a little festival
What is your favourite park in your city and why?
Jeanne Mance! My old apartment faced the park and the mountain, so it still feels like home. And I love getting lost in the mountain on a rainy day 🙂
