Recipe for Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Farm Boy™ Raw, Tail-On, Easy Peel, Deveined Shrimp (340 g, 31-40 per lb) thawed
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 4 garlic cloves peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1/2 tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers (23 g) or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Farm Boy™ Sherry Vinegar (500 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • crusty bread for serving

Directions:

1. Pat Farm Boy™ Raw Shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

2. place Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, and Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers in a medium skillet. Turn temperature to medium and cook until garlic starts to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add Farm Boy™ Raw Shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for another minute.

4. Stir in Farm Boy™ Sherry Vinegar and parsley and remove from heat. Shrimp will continue to cook as they sit.

5. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
